Shipping policy

We currently offer a discounted shipping price of $2 to the 48 contiguous states & offer 2 shipping methods:

Priority (1 - 3 days)
Next day air
Priority shipping has a flat fee of $2. We do not offer discounts on any shipping methods other than priority.
Please note that orders over 1 item and shipping methods other than ground will require us to ship your items deflated.
After you place your order, it takes us 1 - 2 business days to process, then our carrier takes it from there.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Put in the wrong shipping address?

If you put in the wrong shipping address and we've already delivered, email hello@wearechance.com, but we also recommend to contact the shipping service to see if your shipment can be re-routed.
