So bummed this order didn’t work out for you.  We're curious to hear your feedback on what we could have done better.  Please email us at hello@wearechance.com with your comments.

Some things to note before you return or exchange:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All returns or exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.  We can’t process your return or exchange if it's 30 days past the delivery date.
  • You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment.  Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. 

For your return or exchange, email hello@wearechance.com with your order # (you can find this in your order confirmation email) and the name of the products you’re sending back.  



If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 – 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 12 business days, try the following:

  • Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
